Judgment : 1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties submitted that due to the changing circumstances, the issue raised in this Writ Petition may not be dealt with at this point of time, as the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent have now agreed upon to give their mutual consent, where they are working at present. 2. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to work at Nagerkovil and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits that the fourth respondent is ready to work at Vadakankulam. 3. The submission of the respective counsels are recorded. In view of the stand taken now by the counsel, the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent shall give their consent in black and white requesting the first respondent regarding their transfers within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is directed to consider their mutual transfer now agreed upon between the parties and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks, thereafter. 4. In view of subsequent development which had taken place after filing of this Writ Petition, the order impugned in this Writ Petition does not survive. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
