Judgment : 1. The petitioner is seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondent to draw and disburse the enhanced Grade pay at Rs.200/- p.m with effect from 01.08.2010 sanctioned in the respondents proceeding dated 24.02.2014 in No.3048/Aa.pa.pa/2011 with due cost and also direct the respondent to send the revised pension proposals to the Accountant General, Chennai. 2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as the respondent has already sent the enhanced Grade Pay through his proceedings dated 24.02.2014, he has to disburse the sum as per such enhancement and consequently, he has to send the revised proposal to the Accountant General, so that the petitioner can draw the pension accordingly. 3. When the respondent has chosen to pass an order enhancing the Grade pay to the petitioner, consequently he has to pay the monetary benefits derived out of such order and also to send a pension proposal based on such enhanced Grade pay without any delay. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to disburse the enhanced Grade pay to the petitioner as ordered by the respondent on 24.02.2014 and also to send the revised pension proposal to the Accountant General, Chennai, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
