JUDGMENT S. Rajeswaran, J. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect in the petition. Hence the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner to agitate his rights by filing a fresh writ petition, if need be. No costs.
