Judgment : 1. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to continue in service on re-employment basis in the second respondent school till the end of academic year i.e.31.05.2013 with all monetary and other benefits. 2. Now, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of interim order granted by this Court on 22.11.2012, the prayer of the petitioner is already met with. However, the monetary benefits alone is yet to be settled by the authorities. 3. It goes without saying that having extracted the work from the petitioner as B.T. Assistant, the respondents are bound to disburse the salary due to the petitioner. 4. In the light of the above, the first respondent is directed to disburse the salary and other benefits, if any, to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
