JUDGMENT 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the matter has been settled between the parties. In view of the same, the petitioner is withdrawing the Contempt Petition filed before this Court and the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo to that extent and the same is signed by respondents and the learned counsel for respondents. 3. In view of the same, recording the memo dated 18.06.2014, the Contempt Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
