JUDGMENT Hon'ble Dilip Gupta, J. The petitioner, namely, District Jalaun Bar Association Orai, has sought to highlight the difficulties, which have been faced by the litigants as a result of the absence of a regular Court of the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jalaun at Orai. The petitioner has submitted a representation to the Principal Secretary (Revenue) of the State Government. 2. In a matter such as the present, we are of the view that primarily it is for the Revenue Department to make an assessment of the situation on the ground and to determine whether the grievance is genuine so as to require appropriate remedial action. 3. We permit the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation to the first respondent together with a certified copy of this order. We would also request the Principal Secretary (Revenue), Government of Uttar Pradesh to convene a meeting with the office bearers of the Association together with all the relevant stake holders, so that a considered decision can be taken in accordance with law in respect of the demand. This exercise shall be carried out expeditiously. 4. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
