Judgment 1. The petitioner has made representations dated 05-07-2011 and 21-12-2011 to the authorities concerned seeking transfer of patta in respect of the land in question. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the representations of the petitioner dated 05-07-2011 and 21-12-2011 are directed to be disposed of, by the fourth respondent, within a reasonable time. 3. In view of the limited request of the prayer sought for, the fourth respondent is directed to pass orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 05-07-2011 and 21-12-2011 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing not only to the petitioner but also to the fifth respondent as well as the other interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
