JUDGMENT Dharnidhar Jha, J: - Heard both sides. 2. The petitioner Km. Mona Mala in Bail Application No. 1222 of 2014 is the unmarried nanad of the deceased and the other petitioner Smt. Meera Devi in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 1223 of 2014 is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Both the petitioners are said to have burnt the deceased to death as the demanded dowry was not given to the husband and his family members. 3. The attention of the court was drawn to the dying declaration of the lady which alleges being burnt by her husband after being closed inside a room. 4. Let both the petitioners, namely, Km. Mona Mala and Smt. Meera Devi in the above noted bail applications, be released on bail on furnishing bonds of Rs. 20,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly, in connection with Case Crime No. 537 of 2012 ( S.T. No. 932 of 2013), under Sections 323, 498-A, 304-B and 302 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Baradari, District-Bareilly.
