JUDGMENT 1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants has filed a memo before this court on 19.6.2014 inter alia stating to the effect that the suit in O.S.No.12211 of 2010 was dismissed, as settled out of court, as per the judgment of the learned VII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, dated 22.11.2013. Based on said fact the Appellants have prayed for dismissal of the Original Side Appeal No.190 of 2011. 2. Recording the said fact the original side appeal in O.S.A.No. 190 of 2011 is disposed of, as nothing survives for adjudication, because of the reason that the matter has been settled out of court in O.S.No.12211 of 2010, as stated supra.
