JUDGMENT Hon’ble Dilip Gupta,J. The reliefs which the petitioners seek are to the following effect : “Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to implement decision of Committee of Management dated 12.2.2013 replacing the name of Ex-Secretary by Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh, petitioner no.2 in place of Major Yudhishthir Singh in Bank Accounts maintained in the respondent Bank as per Registered Byelaws of the Society and Scheme of Administration of College approved by respondent no.2.” 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent, who is the Branch Manager of the Bank of India, states that the petitioners may produce all the relevant materials including the order of the appropriate forum empowering to the petitioners to operate the bank accounts. 3. The Bank has stated before the Court that if the petitioners produce appropriate directions of the competent forum in regard to the authorisation to operate the bank accounts, the Bank would take a considered decision in accordance with law. 4. In view of the aforesaid statement, no further orders are required to be passed. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
