Judgment : 1. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2014 and pass appropriate order on merits in accordance with law within a reasonable time. 2. Even though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the respondents dated 09.05.2014, till date the respondents have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction. 3. Considering the limited scope of prayer, this court directs the petitioner to submit a copy of the representation dated 09.05.2014 addressed to the 1st respondent to 3rd respondent within a period of two weeks and on receipt of said copy of representation the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after conducting enquiry, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
