Judgment The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that the above writ petition has become infructuous due to efflux of time. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous as no further order needs to be passed in this writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
