JUDGMENT 1. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to act on the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2012 in pursuance of the G.O.No.565, Revenue Department, dated 26.09.2008 and dispose of the same. 2. Even though the petitioner has submitted his representation to the respondents dated 18.12.2012, till date the respondents have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioner to move this Court for the above direction. 3. Considering the limited scope of prayer, this court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2012, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with the G.O.No.565, Revenue Department, dated 26.09.2008 and dispose of the same within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
