JUDGMENT 1. Heard. 2. Shri Soni submits that the petitioner's injunction application is pending before the Court below. He further submits that against the impugned order of Tahsildar dated 10.12.2014 (Annexure P/1) petitioner has preferred an appeal (Annexure P/13) which is pending consideration before the Sub Divisional Officer. The said Officer is sitting tight over the matter and his appeal has not been heard. Shri Soni further submits that respondents/authorities are taking steps to remove the petitioner, which will cause irreparable loss to him. 3. Considering the aforesaid, we deem it proper to dispose of this petition without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case with the following directions :- (i) Sub Divisional Officer is directed to take up the injunction application preferred by the petitioner immediately preferably within seven days from today. (ii) Petitioner shall forthwith provide the copy of this order before Sub Divisional Officer. Till Sub Divisional Officer decide the stay application of the petitioner (page No.62 of the petition) status quo which is prevailing today on the property in question shall be maintained by the parties. (iii)Sub Divisional Officer shall decide the appeal expeditiously preferably within 45 days therefrom. 4. With the aforesaid, petition stands disposed of.
