JUDGMENT It has come on record that after the instant parole petition came to be registered, the original regular parole petition filed by the convict petitioner, D.B.Civil Writ Petition (Parole) No.20888/2013, was allowed by this court vide order dt.18.12.2013 granting him first regular parole for a period of 20 days, as prayed for by him. In the light of the order passed by this court dt.18.12.2013, the instant parole petition has become infructuous and accordingly stands dismissed.
