JUDGMENT : Mansoor Ahmad Mir, J. At the very outset, Mr.Anup Rattan, Additional Advocate General, stated at the Bar that the petitioner has been wrongly denied the appointment to the post in question and that respondents No.1 to 3 are offering appointment to the petitioner within a short period. His statement is taken on record. 2. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.1 to 3/comptent Authority to offer appointment to the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. As far as the issue of seniority is concerned, the same shall be governed by the judgment rendered by this Court in LPA No.170 of 2014, titled as Shri Balak Ram vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, on 19.11.2014. 3. The petition stands disposed of accordingly, so also the pending CMPs, if any. Copy dasti.
