The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Contempt Petition No. 989 of 2014 to the effect that the cheque matter has been settled between the parties, as per instructions received from the Petitioner. As such, it is requested before this Court on behalf of the Petitioner that this Contempt Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. 2. In view of the fact that the cheque matter has been settled between the parties and also this Court, taking note of the fact that an endorsement has been made to the effect in Contempt Petition No. 989 of 2014, in the interest of Justice, dismisses the Contempt Petition as withdrawn. No costs.
