Judgment 1. The learned Special Government Pleader has produced a copy of the letter dated 25.06.2014 of the respondent, wherein, it is stated that the considering the fact that the family members of the petitioner are differently-abled, the Tahsildar, Omalur Taluk, has sent proposals for providing patta to the petitioner in the alternative site in Natham Survey No.372/2, Tharamangalam Village, Omalur Taluk. At this juncture, it is relevant to extract the contents of the letter dated 25.06.2014 of the respondent, which reads as follows: “Tamil” 2. The learned Special Government Pleader has submitted that as per the above undertaking and based on the proposal of the Tahsildar, Omalur, the respondent would issue patta in compliance of the order of this Court within a period of four weeks. 3. The learned Special Government Pleader has also submitted that the petitioner would not be disturbed from the present place till the disposal of W.A.No.25/2014, even after the issuance of patta, as stated above. 4. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader based on the undertaking of the respondent, the contempt petition is closed.
