ORDER : On being mentioned by Mr. Prabhakaran, learned senior counsel in the morning, these matters were taken on Board and the order was passed as follows. "As per the direction given by Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India the matter was required to be heard by three Hon'ble Judges but in the facts and circumstances of the case, as pointed out by Mr. Prabhakaran, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent, that in view of the subsequent developments i.e., the collegium of this Court has returned the entire list to the High Court for its reconsideration, these matters have become infructuous. In view of the above, the special leave petitions as well as the transfer petition are accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. In view of the above, the writ petitions pending before the Madras High Court in respect of which the transfer petitions have been moved also stands dismissed as having become infructuous." 3.30 p.m. 2. Before the proceedings could be signed, a large number of Advocates appeared and submitted that there has been some confusion because of the deletion of the item from the list and on their request, in supersession of the above order, the following order is passed: "List on Tuesday, the 25th February, 2014."
