ORDER : 1. We have heard heard Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned senior counsel for the petitioners and Mr. G.E. Vahanvati, learned Attorney General for the respondents. Learned Attorney General has made a statement that the matter is under serious consideration before the Government as the meeting of three Hon’ble Ministers has taken place and the matter has been referred to the Law Ministry for its opinion. It has further been suggested by the learned Attorney General that the matter may be adjourned for Monday, 24th February, 2014 and on that day the opinion given by the Law Ministry shall be produced before the Court. 2. List the matter on Monday, 24th February, 2014 at 2.00 p.m.
