JUDGMENT Hon'ble Arvind Kumar Mishra-I, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA for the State of U.P and perused the material available on record. 2. By means of the present application, the applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.11 of 2014, under Sections 272, 273, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Milak, District Rampur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has already been granted bail in case crime no.10 of 2014 under Section 18/20 NDPS Act, by the Court vide order dated 26.05.2014 in criminal misc. bail application no.9028 of 2014. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has further submitted that co-accused Devendra has already been granted bail by the Court vide order dated 16.05.2014 in criminal misc. bail application no.16747 of 2014. The case of the present applicant is identical to that of co-accused Devendra who has already been enlarged on bail. 5. Learned AGA has opposed prayer for bail. However, learned AGA has conceded that co-accused Devendra has already been enlarged on bail. 6. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case but considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegations made in the FIR and all other material available on record, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant Soran Singh involved in Case Crime No.11 of 2014, under Sections 272, 273, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Milak, District Rampur, be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
