JUDGMENT Hon'ble Pankaj Naqvi, J. Heard Shri Arvind Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for applicant and Shri Sageer Ahmad, learned A.G.A. for State. 2. Shri Arvind Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for applicant states that he confines his submission in this application only to the extent that considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction be issued to the learned court below to consider and dispose of his bail application, preferably on the same day. 3. The applicant, through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer that his bail application in Case Crime No. 227 of 2013, under Sections 255, 261, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C Police Station Phoolpur, District Varanasi be ordered to be considered on the same day by the Courts below. 4. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. this application is finally disposed of with a direction that if the applicant appears and surrenders before the Courts below within 30 days from today and applies for bail, then his bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously, if possible on the same day in accordance with the settled law laid down by the Seven Judges' decision of this Court in the case of Amrawati and another Vs. State of U.P., reported in 2004 (57) ALR-290, as well as judgement passed by Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC) Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P., after hearing the Public Prosecutor in the aforesaid crime number for the aforesaid offence.
