JUDGMENT Hon'ble Ravindra Singh, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This application has been filed with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the courts below for disposal of the bail application of the applicants on the same day in Case Crime No.242/9 of 2013, under Sections 323, 324, 452, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C., Police Station Kotwali, District Meerut. 3. After perusing the record and considering the nature of the allegations, it is directed that in case the applicants appear before the court concerned within 30 days from today and apply for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of in view of Smt. Amrawati and another Vs. State of U.P. 2005 Cr.L.J. 75 and Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. And others (2009) 4 SCC 437 . 4. With this direction, the application is finally disposed of.
