Judgment : 1. It is seen that W.P.(MD).No.3368 of 2006has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to implement the order passed by the second respondent, the appellate authority, in his proceedings, in Na.Ka.No.122003/W.8/2003 dated 28.02.2006. Similarly, W.P. (MD).No.389 of 2013, has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second and the third respondent to regularise the period of 22 months from January,2005 to October 2006 as duty period and sanction and award the necessary monetary benefits and consequently, to re-fix the pension, within the time stipulate by this Court. 2. Since both the matters are inter-linked with each other, they have been taken up together and disposed of, by a common order. 3. When these matters are taken up for hearing, Mr. V.R. Shanmuganathan, has produced a G.O.Ms.No.153, School Education (VE) Department, dated 02.07.2009, stating that the main prayer of the petitioner has duly been considered and his services were regularised by the respondents. A copy of the same is also served on the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner for verification. 4. Recording the same, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of, with a direction to the Joint Director of Higher Secondary Education, College Road, Chennai-6, to pass appropriate orders relating to the monetary and other benefits, as per the G.O referred to above. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
