Judgment : 1. This Writ Petition is filed claiming for medical reimbursement from the respondents. 2. A perusal of the papers would submit thatthe petitioner has already approached this Court by way of a Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.7987 of 2009 for claiming medical reimbursement. The said Writ Petition was ordered on 30.11.2009 itself in favour of the petitioner. In spite of it, nothing has happened and the petitioner was once again constrained to approach this Court by way of this Writ Petition for claiming medical relief. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that pursuant to the direction issued in the W.P.(MD).No.7987 of 2009, necessary testimonials were produced before the authorities concerned, and that no favourable orders are forth coming, the petitioner has approached this Court, the present Writ Petition. 4. The learned Government Advocate produced a letter dated 18.06.2014, wherein, it has been stated that the case of the petitioner has already been considered and sanction has been accorded in favour of the petitioner for settlement of medical reimbursement. 5. Recording the letter dated 18.06.2014, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to disburse the medical amount immediately. No costs.
