JUDGMENT Hon'ble Arvind Kumar Tripathi (II), J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Anil Kumar Tewari, learned counsel for the respondents as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioner moved an application for allotment of plot of U.P. Awas Vikas Parishad under the quota earmarked for dependent of freedom fighter. Along with present writ petition, petitioner has filed a photo copy of Government Order dated 01.08.1972 as well as certificate dated 29.11.2007 and certain other documents. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that matter shall be considered and decided very soon. 4. With the consent of parties' counsel, we dispose of the writ petition finally directing the respondent no. 2 to look into the matter and decide the same with regard to petitioner's eligibility of allotment of plot under the quota dependent of freedom fighter in accordance to Government Orders/law by passing a speaking and reasoned order expeditiously say within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. Subject to above, writ petition is disposed of finally.
