JUDGMENT 1. - In view of the contradictions noticed in orders dated 23.5.2013 and 3.5.2014 passed by the trial court, whereby in order dated 23.5.2013, it has been noticed that the documents were not in possession of the defendant and in order dated 3.5.2014, it has been noticed that the existence of document has been denied, learned counsel for the respondents prays for time to produce the affidavits filed in reply to the application under Order 11, Rule 12 & 14 CPC. 2. List after two weeks. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of pendency of this writ petition as the petitioner is seeking time before the trial court for leading evidence, after adjourning the same on few occasions now the trial court is insisting for production of evidence. 4. In that view of the matter, further proceedings in matters pending before the trial court shall remain stayed till the next date. 5. List on 17.12.2014.Stay Allowed Till Next Date. *******
