JUDGMENT Hon'ble Dilip Gupta, J. The earlier writ petition which was filed by the petitioner was dismissed in the absence of mandatory disclosure as required by sub-Rule 3-A of Rule 1 of Chapter XXII of the Allahabad High Court Rules, which have been amended following the judgment of the Supreme Court in State of Uttaranchal Vs. Balwant Singh Chaufal & Ors., reported in 2010 AIR SCW 1029. Again a fresh writ petition has been filed without making any disclosure as required by sub-Rule 3-A of Rule 1. The petition is hence, an abuse of the process and it does not warrant any interference for the aforesaid reason. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
