Judgment 1. This petition has been filed, to direct the respondents herein to grant adequate protection to the petitioner, life, liberty and property, for fencing his properties situated in Survey No.149/2, 147/2 situated in Santhosh Nagar, Santiyahupatti, Kottapattu Village, Trichy District. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3. When the matter was taken up, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that yesterday only the representation has been received by the respondent and the respondent Police would give Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), the respondent is directed to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner. 5. With the above said direction, this criminal original petition is ordered.
