Judgment : 1. This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.726 of 2013 dated 12.08.2013 within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 2. Heard both sides. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed at the earliest. 4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
