Judgment : 1. This petition has been filed, to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members. 2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that a case has already been registered on the complaint given by the present petitioner and adequate protection would be provided after enquiring both sides. 3.
