Judgment : 1. This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.29 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent police and to file final report within the stipulated time. 2. Heard both sides. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed at the earliest. 4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
