Judgment 1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the second respondent to take necessary action to register the complaint against the fourth respondent as per the complaint dated 12.07.2013. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 as well as the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent. This Court also perused the records. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a complaint before the first respondent police on 12.07.2013, but so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. 4. In the above circumstances, the second respondent police is directed to look into the complaint given by the petitioner dated 12.07.2013 and register a case based on the said complaint, if any cognizable offence is made out, and investigate the same in accordance with law. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
