Judgment 1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the sixth respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2013 pending CSR No.454 of 2013 for the offences under Sections 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC, expedite the investigation and file a final report before the appropriate court in accordance with law, within the stipulated time. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 as well as the learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent. This Court also perused the records. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a complaint before the sixth respondent police on 19.07.2013, but so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. 4. In the above circumstances, the sixth respondent police is directed to look into the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.07.2013 and register a case based on the said complaint, if any cognizable offence is made out, and investigate the same in accordance with law. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
