JUDGMENT 1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the first respondent police to register a case on the second respondent and his persons as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.10.2012 in CSR No.213/CSR/J5PS/2012. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and also perused the records. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a complaint before the first respondent police on 27.10.2012, but so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. 4. In the above circumstances, the first respondent police is directed to look into the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.10.2012 and register a case based on the said complaint, if any cognizable offence is made out, and investigate the same in accordance with law. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
