Judgment : 1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction to the first respondent police to take action on the complaint dated 11.08.2013 made by the petitioner, registered in C.S. Receipt No.173/W27/AWPS/13, on 21.08.2013, in accordance with law and to submit final report. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4. This Court has also perused the records. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner herself has given a statement before the first respondent police on 21.08.2013, which reads as follows:- “LANGUAGE” 4. In view of the statement given by the petitioner herself before the first respondent police that she is not pressing the complaint given by her against her husband and in-laws, this Court is of the view that no order is required to be passed in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
