Judgment : Though this matter is not listed today, however, at the instance of the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, this matter is taken up for disposal since the learned counsel expressed urgency, stating that unless today, unless the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this matter, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition would not be granted by the respondents. The learned counsel also prayed this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and an endorsement is also made to that effect. In view of the above submission made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner as well as the endorsement made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is taken up today and dismissed as withdrawn.
