Judgment S. Manikumar, J. 1. Alleging that her husband Muthu Veeran has been detained by the respondent No.3, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is sought for. 2. Muthu Veeran, who is the alleged detenue, is present. The petitioner has also identified the alleged detenue. Hence, the Writ of Habeas Corpus has become infructuous. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
