Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the third respondent to grant license and issue the receipt for the payments for the license fee as per the legal norms for the Poultry farm to be commenced by the petitioner by considering her representation dated 05.06.2014. 2. It is stated by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that though the petitioner has complied with all the conditions for grant of license, her application has not been favourably considered. 3. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the matter, there will be a direction to the third respondent to consider the application and intimate the same to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as to the matters she has to comply for the purpose of securing the license. 4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
