Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks for a direction on the respondent to consider his representation dated 01.05.2014. 2. According to the petitioner the property in question is a Natham property and the purchaser were in title in patta and also a civil litigation which was ended in favour of the petitioner. While so, the President of Kannanur Village, is attempting to put up a construction in the said property. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents. But the respondents did not consider the same and hence the petitioner is before this Court. 3. Though the fourth respondent has been impleaded in a personal capacity, since the allegations made against the fourth respondent has not been gone into, the writ petition is disposed without giving notice to the fourth respondent. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.05.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is always open to the second respondent to conduct the site inspection if required. The petitioner is also directed to enclose a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order. 4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
