Judgment M. Venugopal, J. 1. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in Crl.R.C.No.341 of 2014 to the effect that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to move the lower Court as per law. 2. The endorsement so made in the aforesaid revision case is hereby recorded. Accordingly, the said revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this Court grants the liberty to the revision petitioner to approach the trial Court for seeking appropriate remedy in the manner known to law and in accordance with law, if so advised/if situation so warrants.
