Challenge in this Writ Petition is to the order of detention in P.D.No.26 of 2014, dated 11.05.2014, passed by the District Collector and District Magistrate, Thanjavur District, Thanjavur, third respondent herein. 2. Mrs. I. Sangeetha, Sub Inspector of Police, CSCID, Madurai, who is present before the Court, submitted that the Advisory Committee, vide order dated 25.06.2014, has already revoked the detention order and consequently, the detenu has also been released. Submission of the above said officer is placed on record. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
