JUDGMENT It is represented that this CRP No.117 of 1999 is connected with CMA.Nos.42 to 46 of 1999. At the admission stage itself, CMA.Nos.42 to 46 of 1999 have been dismissed and the order copy in all those cases have been produced. In view of the dismissal of CMA.Nos.42 to 46 of 1999, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
