Judgment : 1. It is represented that this CRP.No.2173 of 1999 is connected with CMA.No.1020 of 1990. At the admission stage itself, CMA.No.1020 of 1990 has been dismissed and the copy of order has also been produced. In view of the dismissal of CMA.No.1020 of 1990, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
