Judgment : 1. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to register and release the sale deed dated 16.06.2014 dispose of the petition dated 18.03.2014. 2. In the said petition, the petitioner sought for a direction to correct the UDR entry. According to the petitioner, the property comprised in Survey No.681/1 measuring to an extent of 3.28 acres in Sevugampatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, belongs to the petitioner's father namely Mayandipillai. 3. With the above facts, the petitioner has approached the authorities to correct the UDR entry since the representation is still pending. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 4. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the second the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
