JUDGMENT : P.C. On the motion of speaking to the minutes of the order dated September 29, 2014, following corrections shall be made :- 1. Page 2 paragraph 2 line No.7 in place of the word 'legal', the word 'illegal' shall be substituted. (Refer 2015 (2) Mh.L.J. 789 . : 3rd Line from bottom of Para 2 on page 790) 2. In paragraph 8 last sentence after the words 'Hence, I am' word 'not' be inserted. (Refer 2015 (2) Mh.L.J. 789 : Page 792, 2nd line from top) 3. On last page of the judgment, c) iii) shall be substituted as under :- 'There shall be decree of possession of the suit property which shall be delivered by Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to the Appellants plaintiffs within a period of six months from today.' (Refer 2015 (2) Mh.L.J. 789 : page No. 794) 2. The order shall stand corrected accordingly.
