JUDGMENT 1. The Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the relevant typed set of papers to the effect that "he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition." 2. Recording the said fact and the endorsement so made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
