Alleging detention of Raja, aged about 21 years, by his own parents, respondents 3 and 4, writ of Habeas Corpus is sought for by the petitioner claiming as if she is wife of the detenu. 2. Detenu along with the petitioner are present. Raja, detenu submitted that there is no illegal detention. 3. In view of the above, we are not inclined to further delve into the matter. Hence, the Writ of Habeas Corpus is closed.
