Judgment Rohit Arya, J:- Heard. 2. Short grievance of the petitioner in this petition relates to non-consideration of pending representation filed before the Collector, District Gwalior (Annexure P/1) dated 24.7.2013, wherein petitioner a resident of Village Tohli Tahsil Morar, Gwalior. He intended to establish dairy farm for providing milk to the villagers of the aforesaid area. 3. Petitioner with the aforesaid claim seeks consideration of his representation in view of State Government's Notification dated 31.8.2007 (Annexure P/7). Petitioner submits that till date representation has not been considered and decided by the Collector. Petitioner feels happy if direction issued to the Collector to decide the same within stipulated period. Prayer is not opposed. 4. It is hereby directed that petitioner shall file a fresh representation along with representation already filed with Writ Petition No. 1067/2014 copy of this order within a period of one month from today. 5. Respondent No.6, Collector District Gwalior shall after due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner address upon the representation so filed and decide the same in accordance with law in the light of Government's notification in vogue within a period of three months. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed in opinion on the merits of his case. 6. With the aforesaid observations, petition stands disposed of.
