Judgment : 1. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition and to that effect he has also sent a letter dated 13-07-2014 to the Registry to post this writ petition for withdrawal. 2. Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
